He took time explaining how to menu was curated and the kitchen team that was part of it. We had the wine flight alongside the blind tasting menu and had a lot of fun guessing the core ingredients. The food was amazing, with bread to start followed by 5 courses and generous wine pairings. Staff were attentive and kind, we had the set menu and well worth the price as lots of food and a good variety of the overall menu so you got a good selection.
