Two brothers from the beaches set out with a goal to bring their take on American Deli style food to Sydney. Their artisan flavours are completely unique whilst still incorporating the classic New Yorker Deli techniques and experience.By using only the best free range and barley fed beef from Tasmania the boys have been recognised for their 12 hour smoked pastrami (the magic is in their signature salt brine consisting of 18 spices and original TBD's pastrami rub) along with their one of a kind slow cooked corned beef brisket and cold smoked pastrami lox.     Exceptional restaurant. 20 courses for a set price, and some of those most delicious Japanese food we've had. A few things we'd never tried before too, which was special - abalone being one of them. We were absolutely satisfied by the end of it - really exceptional value for money. Service and vibe were extremely authentic - Jiho and his team are beautiful people and very passionate about what they do. Currently BYO, which was great for us, although they have great menu for those who are so inclined.

    We celebrated a farewell dinner and booked last minute. Luckily got a nice table. The service was very friendly and attentive, the food was delicious (the octopus is to die for and the steak cooked to perfection). We‘ll be back soon!

    We went for my daughter's birthday, and for a cold, wet winter's night, it was busy. It is small but has a lovely ambience. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. We will definitely be back!
