Best Restaurants for Foodies in Paradise

Momofuku Las Vegas is always a must for us when we’re in town. My wife and I have been there six times now, and every time we make it a point to be the first ones in line. As a chef myself, I really respect what they’re doing here. The pork buns are my go-to — perfectly done every time and the spicy cucumbers never miss. I usually order my regular ramen, and this time my wife went with the wagyu steak, potatoes, and egg. She was obsessed with it. Kept saying it was one of her favorite meals ever. I’ll be honest, the ramen broth this time around came out a little bland, which is unusual. I let the server know, and not only did he handle it professionally, he came back with a fresh bowl and said the chef wanted me to try this one instead. That second bowl? Absolutely delicious. Exactly what I expect from a place like this…bold, balanced, packed with flavor. Huge thanks to the team for always delivering, both in the kitchen and with customer service. We appreciate the consistency and care every time we visit. Can’t wait to come back in November.

Been to different Mastro’s locations but it’s our first time here to dine and celebrate my birthday. Food is already a given at Mastro’s but service is superb in this location. Tim who is our server makes sure our food is served on time and always asking if everything is ok. Ambience is nice and guests are dressed decently as this restaurant has a dress code to follow. Definitely will come back in this location even if there’s no occasion to celebrate. Thank you Mastro’s for a wonderful birthday experience.
