El Harwood Arms reabrió sus puertas en septiembre de 2008, tras una extensa reforma. Este refugio, de estilo rural, se encuentra en el centro del Fulham. Es una colaboración entre Brett Graham, del famoso restaurante Ledbury, Mike Robinson del aclamado bar Pot Kiln, ubicado en la campiña de Berkshire, y Edwin Vaux de la famosa cervecería Vaux. El Tinity ha vuelto a abrir sus puertas en octubre con la misma filosofía, cultura y equipo y con un ambiente nuevo y refrescante. Conserva su toque sofisticado y sigue siendo uno de los restaurante de más relevancia en Clapham. La zona de comedor al aire libre tiene capacidad para 24 personas. El comedor puede acoger a 50 comensales que ahora podrán ver sin trabas la cocina de planta abierta desde sus asientos de banquete. Está decorado en suaves tonos verde jade y rosa viejo. El nuevo menú mantiene la fidelidad a su estilo y refleja la interpretación que Adam hace de los grandes clásicos, en un entorno relajante y asequible. La cocina presenta un menú de 3 platos con 6 entradas/platos fuertes y postres, todos a un precio individual. La oferta de vinos mantiene una excelente relación calidad precio con la lista del chef (solo hay que añadir el IVA y el descorche). La carta ha aumentado en calidad y cantidad y se ha extendido a 400 etiquetas que están expuestas en la bodega de la primera planta.
