Falansai ("fuh-lan-sigh") is a Vietnamese-Mexican restaurant by chef Eric Tran located in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn.     The ambiance and food in Cafe Mars is unparalleled... the owner Paul is a great chef real gentleman, his assistant Chef Juan and line chefs are really a cut above and super friendly. As well as the servers and bartender Jake. I love the food of this eclectic ,nouveau restaurant . Everyone there was having a great time..including us..a bit loud last night, but hey when you're in your 70s a mouse walking up an elephants butt with sneakers on is loud ( LOL )..the noise level is ok, just right.

    This was an unexpected, but great experience. From the concierge Fernando to our waiter Joe and the rest of the staff, this was an epoch moment. One of the best experiences in fine dining I’ve had in a long time. The food was delicious, will definitely go again to experience the seasonal options of autumn.
