- MmarciavipWest Palm Beach •18 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had a nice evening but unfortunately service was extremely slow. The general manager did come over to let us know. There had been a large event going on at the same time and it affect the timing for our dinner. The restaurant was lovely and they did provide complementary dessert, but it is unfortunate. They were not able to serve timely. We waited an hour and a half for our dinner. The waiter was very nice but distracted, obviously serving too many at the same time. Cocktails were also very slow to be served. I think the restaurant needs to control their capacity so they can continue the wonderful service we always receive. Compliments to Avi who was an amazing assistant waiter. He was so nice. Very engaging and very helpful while we waited and waited for our drinks and our meal.More infoEddie V's - Boca RatonPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Boca Raton•4.8
- MmarciavipWest Palm Beach •18 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoFirst time here and we gad a great time! Victor was an excellent very experienced Waiter and the service was great. We had heard about the sound level making it hard to talk, but it was perfect / and revved up later on and we got to really enjoy the nightclub feel during dessert. Lots of fun!More infoDeLuca's ChophousePrice: Expensive• Italian• Boca Raton•4.4
- JJodivipFort Lauderdale •72 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe sat outside because it was a nice night, and why not take advantage of that in South Florida, right? Our server, Miriam, was wonderful! Very sweet and attentive. We were two couples and shared lots of plates. Edamame, brussels sprouts, tuna crispy rice (so good we ordered a second plate), ribs, pastrami sando (SO YUM!), chili chicken, and an 8-piece sashimi plate. Everything was really good. So many different flavors, and each prepared well. The one tiny glitch we had was that the ribs were cold inside. (The flavor was so good, we ate them anyway!) But when we mentioned it to Miriam, she felt so badly. The manager came over to apologize and offered us dessert to make up for it, which was so nice! We probably wouldn't have ordered dessert otherwise, but they had an AMAZING carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and we also enjoyed the mochi. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely go back!!More infoAlleyCatPrice: Expensive• Sushi• Boca Raton•4.5
