Fabulous lunch at The Plough in Shiplake, great ambience & beautiful surroundings. The garden, in particular, is spectacular!

As always Superb food, great service and a good location

Orwell’s is fine dining at its best. We had the most amazing starters, mains & desserts. However, we were looking forward to the triple cooked chips but were offered Beijing spiced fries, which we had & were delicious. Somewhat disappointed though when a table near us had the chips!!

We had an amazing meal last night, sitting outside. Service was excellent and food was delicious, my son’s first visit and now a firm favourite.

Loved it! Very friendly family run restaurant. It felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The food was gorgeous. We will definitely be going back.
