Best Date Night Restaurants in West Loop

Exceptional! What else can i say? I eat at the best rates restaurants and michelin stars when available as I travel. And it is rare I walk away inspired from a restaurant. Every dish was better than the last. Chef Izzard's offering hit every note - and notes I didn't know I had. I am nearly at a loss for words with just how "flavor bomb" her food is. Just GO. Nothing else to say. GO!

We have Venessa as our server and she was amazing! Super sweet

Everything was good except for me and my wife’s steak. We’ve had some exceptional steaks and other great places but these mis the mark. Hers was very red and mines was not good at all. We just made it work because it was my Birthday. Probably won’t go back.

I like Momotaro upstairs so was excited to try Izakaya, but left dinner a little disappointed. The old fashioned had a strong flavor of cherry cough syrup and the uni pasta which was a top two menu item was extremelyyyyyy salty. We ordered two glasses of sake and I was taken aback by the visible difference in the height of the pour. I swear I'm not that picky of a diner but for $22 for each glass, I'd appreciate the pours to be the same, it just seemed sloppy. Our two favs of the night were the fries that came with the burger and the miso banoffee dessert. I'd come back and do more of a sushi forward experience with the donburi/nigiri, but wouldnt order the same items again.
