The Bluebell is a smart, modern place to relax offering fuss-free food and drinks that retain the reputation for quality we’ve hopefully earned at Stones. Dogs are welcome in our outdoor space and bar area. No dogs will be allowed in the restaurant-style extension. Parking Please note we have a car park on-site however it can get very busy and is limited. Please respect the neighbours when parking on-street by not blocking their driveways. Please do not park opposite other cars therefore making the road too narrow to pass. Come and join us at this beautiful old pub very soon. Please note we are closed on Sunday evenings and all day on Mondays.

BEAR Hockley is perched slap-bang in the middle of Nottingham's creative neighbourhood. With its small red frontage nestled in amongst the rainbow colours of Carlton Street, the store has a lot more to show off inside than first meets the eye. Red Dog is an authentic Bar and American BAR-B-Q restaurant, serving 18-hour roast ribs, brisket, aged chuck steak burgers and much more, all best enjoyed with tasty cocktails or milkshakes.Barbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. Exposure to the smoke of the smouldering wood added a distinctive smoky and juicy taste to the meat. Our award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. We use the traditional American woods of hickory and mesquite to give a full smoke flavour, and the meat stays in the smoker for up to 18 hours.
