    Outstanding, as always. Pommes Paillasson continue to be the best bite in all of Jacksonville. Lobster and shrimp apps were fantastic. Strip loin was wonderful but the real star of that dish was the chayote squash (wow!) and then the composition of the grouper, the foam, the rice, the lemongrass - just wonderful. Cocktails and wine list continue to be thoughtful and adventurous.
