We were seated at our reservation time. The dining room was as traditional as we remembered. We love the sense of history preserved there. Menu was varied enough for us. My salmon plate was very tasty, my husband's fish and chips were pretty boring. Prices were quite reasonable, considering the location. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant.

Simply outstanding. It's rare these days to see salad bars but while that alone would warrant great ratings here, it is only one element of what was a really terrific meal. Friendly service, good plating and portions, attractive price-points (with nightly specials making them even better) and a wonderful view. Certainly the best in the area!

The food was very good and well presented. I had the Artic Char and enjoyed it. Companion had the Lamb selection and that was delicious. There is alot of noise in the location. The floors and walls are all hard surface, so it can be hard to converse. Overall a nice time.

Interesting and fun food! Great drinks and we recommend the clarified rum specials. It is a great place for a Friday night date night.

The new limited menu is a bit disappointing because of the lack of options, but apparently it's a struggle to keep a kitchen running smoothly, but this seems to be the way in a post-pandemic world for some places. Beer selection is still very good. Service was fast, friendly, efficient. Reservation request was honored.
