Offering diverse brunch options and equally impressive dinner menus, Palay delivers on serving up comfort food that still looks and feels elevated, as well as classic dishes that only the discerning palate would know cater thoughtfully to dietaries. If you’re keen to venture into revived and reinvented Filipino cuisine, you should pay this new spot a visit!

Absolutely blown away by this hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — a rare find these days. The food? Simply outstanding. Every dish was packed with flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care and quality ingredients. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. It’s not often you find a place where both the food and service are equally exceptional, but this restaurant nails it. I’ll absolutely be returning and will be recommending it to everyone I know. A true hidden gem that deserves to be discovered.

This is a wonderfully relaxed restaurant with tasty variations on Asian cuisine. The ( feed me) option is perfect in variety with exquisite tastes. They are very accommodating for requests and restricted diets. This is our favourite diner in Carlton and Melbourne.
