Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Pflugerville

Service and decor were great! My redfish was delicious but husbands sea bass not anything special. All pricey. Only real issue was not being able to hear across the little table…having to YELL for any conversation with our company. In their 30’s and even they thought it was entirely too loud. It wasnt the music ( you could barely hear music), it was the voices bouncing off the concrete ceiling and walls. They neeeed to add sound barriers between the ceiling rafters…add some heavy drapes , etc. Only reason we would not return:( and this was a $300 tab on a MONDAY night. Sadly, NO conversation to be had. Every table was yelling louder than the next to be heard:(

RJ was excellent, very accommodating of all of our food allergies! Food was delicious and everyone enjoyed celebrating Father’s Day there together!

Celebrated Father’s Day at TLC. The atmosphere was great and food was amazing. My daughter loved the seafood section. Definitely coming back.

Excellent service, fantastic ambiance & exquisite food! From the "Build Your Own" charcuterie to the great options in both appetizers/shareables and entrees, all our food choices were top notch. We had the Cacio e Pepe , Salmon and Mongolian Short Ribs; all of which had delicate and balanced flavor profiles, brimming with flavor throughout. Their selection of crafted cocktails offered new ideas to drinks which were fun and delicious! Having been referred to this restaurant, we knew this was the perfect choice! Great for date nights, hangouts with friends or just a casual yet elevated dinner, Culinary Dropout is a spot we will be back to whenever possible!

Another great experience. We let Sara know we were coming and she had a table waiting for us with menus, water and of course knew what we wanted to drink. We were not that hungry having stopped at Buc-ee's on the way from Dallas so we split the smash burger which was so simple, but so absolutely perfect! The food really is fantastic there. We look forward to our next visit.
