    Our party of four enjoyed our dinner immensely. Two of us ordered from the 3-course dinner menu and had ahi tuna. A beautiful thick piece of tuna deliciously seasoned. The other members had a filet and a side of mashed potatoes, and cedar-planked salmon. All were so delicious. And who could leave without having one of the house-made desserts? Huckleberry cheesecake was our choice, not too heavy, and the huckleberry puree was refreshing with a nice tartness that went so well with the cheesecake. This is a neighborhood gem and very popular, so reservations are recommended. A warm and inviting western hacienda atmosphere. In the cooler months the patio areas are very popular.

    The artichoke and ricotta dip and luscious and flavorful. The short rib potstickers was well seasoned with the ponzu sauce giving it liveliness. The seared tuna chop salad was delicious with the sesame ginger vinaigrette.

    We normally wouldn't have selected CPH because of the distance from home but made a reservation based on recommendations from friends that the drive would be worth it. It was a Friday evening and not too crowded. Cocktails, service, and food were excellent. I was thrilled to see the Cowboy Caio salad on the menu, which was one of my favorites when dining at Cowboy Caio in Scottsdale. Evidently the same chef re-created it and offered it on the menu at CPH. The drive was worth the experience. We will definitely be back.
