The name Melina is rooted in Greek origin and derives from the Greek word for "honey". "Mel" can be derived from the name Melissa meaning "honey-bee".     We decided to celebrate our 25th anniversary here based on previous reviews. This was our first time dining and we'll definitely go back! We were greeted warmly, acknowledged our anniversary and surprised us with a complementary glass of champagne. Service was prompt from start to finish and our waiter, Quentin, was knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and very personable which made the experience even more enjoyable. All the food we got was great (nothing out of the world amazing but consistently good) and I felt the prices were reasonable for all that we got. Overall a great time and a good meal. Perfect for a nice celebration or just an evening out dinner.

    Our early evening dinner seated outside was outstanding. We had the seafood linguine and a salmon entre (can't recall the name) and both were very good.
