Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Sauganash

Daisies is one of my favorite restaurants in Chicago. Their brunch dishes and pastries are out-of this world. Their dinner appetizers, pasta dishes, and desserts are also outstanding. All of their cocktails are also a treat for your taste buds. All-in-all, Daisies is a gem amongst Chicago’s restaurants.

I saw a DJ, Mikey jukes, on TikTok. He showed that he worked at the duplex on certain days of the month and the party there and the music looked so fun. So we decided to check it out. We were not disappointed. The music with him ranged from old school r&b to current hip hop, house music and even some juke music. Our server was very attentive from the moment we sat down. The place itself is very beautiful. The drinks are strong and the food was delicious. We tried the mimosa kit, martinis, and even margaritas. All were great! The only negative was the construction in the area and limited parking. But that had nothing to do with the restaurant. Just something to know when you go. I definitely recommend checking them out.

Loved the piano music in the lounge area - perfect ambience! Foods was so good!

The quality of the sushi toppings was appropriate for the price. I believe they used good-quality tuna. The appetizers were served quickly, but the main sushi took about 30 minutes to arrive, which was the only downside. Other than that, I think it was a satisfying experience overall.
