Reservation acknowledgement a mess. Felt like an interrogation until finally confirmed. Service hit and miss. Delivered wrong food to the table then retrieved a few minutes later and redelivered to someone else. Our table of six hoped that our food delivered before it sat at another table for several minutes. Need better management.

Hefner Grill never fails. Ambiance is wonderful, service beyond compare, and then there is the view. So many food choices for every palate, cooked to perfection. It was the perfect evening for friends and fellowship.

Great experience! My 3 year old granddaughter was afraid of the fire. Everyone was so nice about it. They packed their dinner to go, and did everything they could to make sure our party was happy, despite our one unhappy camper. Both our cook and waitress addressed any concerns, and both apologized that she was unhappy! You can't ask for more personal service than that! FWIW, my 7 year old grandson ate it up and loved the show. Thanks for making our evening special.
