Exposure to the smoke of the smouldering wood added a distinctive smoky taste to the meat. The process could take many hours, leaving the meat tender and juicy.Our award-winning smoker has been imported from the USA and is built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. We use the traditional American woods of hickory and mesquite to give a full smoke flavour, and the meat stays in the smoker for up to 16 hours.

Blacklock a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set an old furniture factory in the heart of London’s East End. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. Avevamo sempre immaginato un afternoon tea a Londra,ma mai avremmo pensato ad un momento così speciale. Il luogo incantevole, i dolci e i tramezzini eccezionali, ma soprattutto le persone accoglienti e calorose che abbiamo incontrato. Danny, per definirlo con una sola parola, fantastico! E poi la sorpresa finale di Gianpaolo che è venuto al nostro tavolo per conoscerci...una gentilezza disarmante e una cordialità indescrivibile che ci hanno fatti sentire coccolati più di quanto fossimo già stati! Un'esperienza davvero unica e magica, un momento che non dimenticheremo mai! Grazie grazie
