This was one of the best restaurant experiences of my life. The food was amazing, the service was incredible, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I would go back here every night for dinner if i could. Our server’s name was Steven and he was great! He answered any questions that we had and was extremely polite! If you go there I would even go as far as to ask for him to serve you. Great night, Great food, 10/10 experience!!

Ballards is always a treat! Took my cousins here for a girls' trip and they loved it, as first-time West Baden visitors. We received excellent service from Riley; she was charming, helpful and all-around a delight. (My daughter's name is Reilly, so I easily remembered her name). The food is always delicious, and of course the view is amazing. Keep up the great work until I come back later this month for my birthday! (I live 3 1/2 hours away, but it is 100% worth the trip!) Thank you, thank you, for helping me impress my hard to impress cousins!

Apps, entrees, desserts and service were excellent. Suggest to offer more options for customers with food allergies, and alternatives for meal sides versus what is mandated in menu selection.

I must say that this was a great experience in both planning and execution. We had a party of 8. The manager called to confirm our reservation and ask our plans, and when we got there the table was ready. Our server was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the vibes were spot on! Thank you for making our graduation lunch so pleasant!
