It is hard to say anything that has not been said before. Excellent food served promptly and efficiently in pleasant surroundings by staff who know their duties. Already booked a return

Great foood but did have an issue when one of the plates ordered arrived 30 minutes lateer than the others.

Staff, venue, beer were excellent. Food was good, but really overpriced. Yes, it's a city centre location, yes it's a bbq joint...I get all that. But nearly £20 for a burger not much larger than McDs is excessive. Also, that's just the burger -- a small portion of fries was an additional £5. Include the fries, and £20 is fair considering. Staff were brilliant! Always about and always asking if we needed anything. I'd visit again to try other items on the menu.

I normally give Bear 5 stars but unfortunately on this occasion I’ve knocked a couple of stars off as the food that I ordered wasn’t available. I wanted the fruit pancakes and we’d gone in specifically to have pancakes so it was annoying that they weren’t available. The only ones available were chicken and bacon, so no good for me being a vegetarian.

Great food and great cocktails at a decent price. Staff was very friendly and the place had a very relaxed vibe making it perfect for cosy little dinner date. Would 100% come back again
