Gyu Kaku is one of our favorite places to dine. Typically, the service is excellent, however, our last visit was disappointing. We weren't checked on often by our server and had to flag him down for water refills. I never was offered a refill on my soda. We asked for containers for leftovers, but he took my salad (3/4 remaining) before I noticed. The restaurant wasn't very busy, so it was surprising to get such unfocused service. We'll definitely go back, because of the food.

If you are looking to make a date night out a little extra special, this spot is the perfect choice! Throw back music with a charmingly intimate setting will bring a smile to your face for sure. The service was friendly and knowledgeable and the food was delicious. Don't forget the drinks! Fun names and an even better taste! They also have NA options which is a breath of fresh air. You still get to feel swanky and special like everyone else without breaking your sobriety to do so, Highly recommend!

Great spot. We had the Korean bbq pizza and it was excellent. The blend of rib meat with seasoned arugula was so tasty!
