When I wanted to get some out-of-town colleagues out of the city for dinner one night, I took them to Capital Grill in Lyndhurst. While the meals were the expected excellent quality, what really made the night memorable was our server Jenny. Jenny is an extraordinarily positive and helpful person, who goes out of her way to ensure that everyone gets what they want out of their dining experience. She explained options, offered suggestions, encouraged us to try new things, all without any of us feeling like we were being "upsold". She checked back often but not in an obtrusive way. She made our table feel "special", just as we're sure she does with every table. Thanks Jenny for a wonderful evening!

Great food, great service and a very pleasant atmosphere. Love this place!

We are occasional visitors to the Melting Pot. This visit in particular was probably the best ever (not that the others were bad but this time EVERYTHING was excellent). We really enjoy the format (cooking your own food) and highly recommend The Melting Pot to anyone considering a visit.
