Refined Greek Cuisine with Warm Hospitality Our experience at Dio Deka was truly outstanding from start to finish. The ambiance was elegant but comfortable, and the service was impeccable—gracious, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. We brought our own wine, and the staff handled it with care and courtesy, which we really appreciated. We started with three appetizers: Tzatziki, Melitzanosalata, and Spanako-Tiròpita. Each one was excellent—the Tzatziki was creamy and well-balanced, the Melitzanosalata had a rich, smoky depth, and the Spanako-Tiròpita was perfectly flaky with a savory, satisfying filling. The Horiatiki Village Salad was fresh and flavorful, a great showcase of high-quality ingredients. For mains, we shared Ratatouille Pasta, Garides Santorini , Merluza Negra, and Lavraki. Everything was cooked perfectly, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Greek flavors. We ended the evening with a round of expertly crafted cocktails—an unexpected but delightful finish that tied the whole experience together. Dio Deka delivers a thoughtful and elevated take on traditional Greek cuisine. We left impressed and satisfied, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing from start to finish. Incredible food, great Beer & Cocktail selection. Seriously one of the best overall experiences we’ve had in San Jose. Service was above and beyond and the entire team was friendly & attentive. Thanks for a wonderful anniversary dinner! Will be back again soon.

This is really a neighborhood gem. The menu is wonderful from head to toe, and the cocktails are so creative. Dana was amazing. She was attentive but never intrusive. I seem to always get the table I want, and I'm a real table snob! It's so nice to have a place close by with so much class and yet so casual and easy.
