Rails is normally an outstanding experience, as we have dined there numerous times before. We were there for Thanksgiving night and expected the same stellar experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Our food was delivered very late, cold and the steak overcooked. However, I am still a huge fan, as the management did everything to make this right. Don’t know what the issue was, but we were treated as valued guests and the concern for our experience was real. We were well compensated for the less than excellent experience, so I will continue to give them the highest recommendation, as they really care about their customers and want to ensure a 5 star experience. Thank you,Rails, for doing the right thing. We appreciate it. We will be back,

We had Vincent as our chef and he did an amazing job preparing and cooking our meals.

Red snapper was delicious. Food arrived quickly. It was fresh and hot.Plantains were sweet and yummy.
