Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Executive Chef, Cynthia Long and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar is mixing up classic cocktails like our Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned (made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery) and playful recreations of after-dinner sippers like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper. Housed on the ground level of the Hilton Omaha, Nick’s Quorum draws inspiration from the original supper clubs in the Midwest (notice our “immediate seating available” sign) at the host stand.

We offer an extensive selection of sake, wine, beer and liquor. We can accommodate up to 25 diners in our private room and have experience with events ranging from rehearsal dinners to pharmaceutical presentations. In addition to our dining room and lounge we also have two large patios. Both Patios have full dinner and drink service. We also have Happy Hours Monday-Friday 3pm to 630pm, and Saturday 3pm to 6pm and Reverse Happy Hour Friday and Saturday 10pm to Close and all day Sunday!!! For groups of 8 or more we do add 20% gratuity to the check. Please specify if you will need separate checks, have children that will require a highchair, if a high top table will be acceptable, or if any guests in your party has dietary restrictions that we need to be made aware of.
