Or maybe it's because of the fact that we prepare everything on the spot, within our own kitchen, without using too many machines. We hand trim, slice and dice our meat to make sure it’s perfect. We offer vegetarian delights that drive you crazy. And all our appetizers are homemade, hand folded, crimped and cut, which is why most people just finish their meals with the appetizers alone. Our locations make sure that you get the best American-Chinese feeling as possible.     Friends and I went on a gorgeous Tuesday with the sun shining bright over lake Washington. The setting makes you feel just like you’re on Lake Como in Italy. The food was delicious - three of us had pasta dishes and one had pizza. Kyle was our server and he was fantastic. He shared details about the menu and his favorites. We brought two bottles of wine - a sparkling and a white - to celebrate our friend’s birthday. The corkage fee was $40 a bottle with a two bottle max. It’s higher than most places, usually around $25.

    We had an amazing experience. The oysters were to die for, the French Chenin Blanc was perfect with the oysters, and the rhubarb cobbler finished it off perfectly. We felt like we were on vacation.
