We are the perfect place to stop by with your nearest and dearest for our mouth-watering 50-day aged Argentine steaks, a selection of draught beers, superb red, white, rosé and sparkling wines from around the world or even a cheeky cocktail. Whatever the occasion, our ambition is to welcome you with our friendly staff and give you a meal that is memorable. Welcome to The Magpie. We pride ourselves as a beautiful riverside gastropub with an amazing dining room overlooking the Thames, serving fresh seasonal food with an impressive range of real ales, craft beers, an extensive gin list and a great wine list.We offer full table service in every part of our premises. We are a dog-friendly pub as long as they are with well-behaved hoomans but do not allow dogs in our dining area if you would like to bring a four-legged friend please let us know and we can seat you in our bar area. Luckily enough, we are lucky to have a car park just across the road if you are coming from afar. We are now an Over21 pub only, please bear this in mind.

    Overall another good experience although I had provided a special request as a Birthday celebration for my wife and the restaurant did not acknowledge the occasion in any way which is disappointing at this level / price point.

    Friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing our waitress sorry forgot ask her name was amazing nothing was too much trouble, also very informative. Highly recommend this place we will definitely be coming back 😊

    First time at the Bell. I live in Spain but was in the UK visiting family in the area. We went for the Sunday Roast in order to see whether it may be suitable for Xmas day lunch. I'm happy to say the roast was lovely, freshly prepared (yorkshire puddings with every meat choice, always a bonus) and a good list of extra sides if required. There was also a good selection of starters and desserts. I spoke with the chef who was lovely and the waiting staff very attentive too. The decor was spot on and there's a nice outside terrace too. We shall be booking for Xmas.
