    Really friendly and helpful staff, very attentive. The food was delicious, well prepared and seasoned. There are lots of options for dietary requirements (many gluten free dishes). Good wine too, including non-alcoholic for us drivers. We had an early lunch and it was quiet around midday, but getting busier by the time we left. The grounds are lovely and there is a climbing frame to entertain children. This was a lovely trip to celebrate a birthday.

    Lovely meal with friends. We’d originally planned to be in the restaurant but as it was a quiet night they suggested we use one of the tables in the main bar area. It worked really well and we had a lovely night.
