Omg. If I could give Zouk more than 5 stars I would. From the moment I walked through the door to the waitress to the food to leaving at the end of our meal. The attention to detail and quality oozed from every where. No to the food. The quality and amount was amazing. I had butter chicken which I had medium spiced it was melt in the mouth tasty and if you visit you must have a cheese naan too! I will definitely have Zouk in my must visit again list and if you are in Manchester you need to have it on your too. Thank you everyone at Zouk for making our visit memorable

Tried the Sashimi tuna this time, what a great surprise for my taste buds.

We love this restaurant - it’s my favourite, actually. We will be back and we will recommend to friends. The best tiramisu in Manchester.

I dined at Albert's on Thursday lunchtime with three other people. We all ate from the £15.95 lunchtime menu. I have no issue with the people who served us our food and drinks but I do have issue with the food itself. All our starters were lovely but the mains were very hit and miss. Two of our group ordered the fishcake and poached egg with spinach, I ordered the tortellini and one person ordered the fish and chips. Only the fish and chips was up to standard. Boththe fishcakes were very overcooked and one of the poached eggs was actually hard boiled. My tortellini was inedible. The pasta was far too thick and not fully cooked. I did complain about this when the plates were collected and I was offered another meal to replace it, but I really didn't want to sit and eat another meal when all my friends had eaten theirs. Regarding the fishcake meals, my friends decided they didn't want to make a fuss. Just very disappointed about the drop in the standard of the actual cooking.

Tuesday lunch time very quiet. Just a couple of tables occupied . Good attentive service. Food tasty. Prices average for type of food.
