I met an old friend for lunch and we felt very comfortable, the service is excellent, professional, and attentive . The food is really good , they have a price fix menu for lunch which is so worthwhile , delicious French food , great portions . The al la carte menu is also very good . Wine by the glass is good and very reasonable, I had the Rose , med/ dry . I really like this place , Arlington T stop is the closest on the green line and you’re literally opposite the Boston public gardens to walk off your food in beautiful surroundings . Go for it !

We were in Boston for a very short amount of time, and I'm so happy this made the cut for reservations. It did not disappoint. The ambiance was great, warmly lit, professional staff, great design. We tried the Strait of Messina while we waited for our table, and it became the drink of the night for all of us. Our waiter was good. I loved the family style food that allowed us to try many dishes. Some of the highlights for us were the whipped feta with grilled sourdough, the broccoli arancini, spinach and ricotta lasagna, cacio e Pepe, and the pork and sausage meatballs. From a price perspective, though it was on the higher end, I think it's worth the cost. Dessert was the only thing we had that I didn't feel justified the cost. It was fine, but too small of a portion for $15. I would certainly go back, and will always recommend to people.

Lovely dinner downstairs! Nice, subtle service. Food was excellent - salmon with delicious quinoa, brussels app, elevated eggplant parm - all excellent!
