An outstanding meal in easy surroundings and with great service. You must try the crispy lamb snack, the chilli and garlic prawns main course and the rhubarb and custard pudding. All beautifully presented and absolutely sublime to eat. That’s probably my menu of choice but then the lemon meringue pie looked equally delightful!

Thought that it was poor value for money with 1 slice of black pudding costing £3!! 2 eggs on the hash would have been better VFM. Service was good and staff lovely though

Delicious food again as always. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely evening celebrating our daughters birthday!

The staff were very attentive & took the time to chat. They were cheerful & available. The food was absolutely amazing. A free bottle of prosseco was offered as it was my daughters birthday. Will definitely recommend & we will be visiting again.

Delicious food, reasonably priced lunch menu and glorious setting - couldn't ask for a better place for lunch on a sunny day
