We have now dined at Lotus of Siam Red Rock several times during our stays at the hotel. The food and the service are consistently 5 stars. We especially enjoy the unique ambiance created by the numerous kite lanterns that adorn the ceiling above the dining area. We usually choose the pre fix menu offerings. The lollipop chicken and tom yum soup are our favorites. The noise level can get a little bit higher than normal but it is Las Vegas and the great food and service make it more than worth the while!

Such a beautiful restaurant the interior looks amazing and also the food is great and restaurant stuff outstanding we went for my son’s birthday and we felt great for such a special occasion

We had a wonderful dinner at Jing! Our server, Serena, was fantastic—very friendly and gave us great recommendations. The Miso Black Cod was delicious. We also loved our cozy booth with a view of the bar. Highly recommend for a great night out!

The pizza is excellent. I love the dough they make them with. I could just eat the cooked dough. This place is always a great place to dine with many choices. Also!! The chef was named “Chef of the year” and she truly deserves the honor
