Valet was smooth, we were seated immediately, the table was the right distance from other tables, we had a stunning view, service was fast enough and attentive, food was delicious—what more is there to say? Everyone was very attentive and kind to us, service at Gibsons never disappoints. Crabmeat avocado parfait is light and tasty, porterhouse was perfectly cooked, scallops and risotto were so smooth and not heavy, but the real star of the evening was the spumoni baked Alaska!!
