Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Belmont Cragin

Wine tasting is 1000% worth it, service was quick despite a packed house, hosts were incredibly understanding and helpful when we had to push our reservation back a little, our server was quick and helpful, and the food was delicious!! I’ve never had such incredible fish in my life. The chimichurri sauce with the southwest egg rolls was strangely sweet but I can see why the egg rolls are a classic!

Entrees were superb as were first course pastas. Beet salad also a hit with those who had them. Owners and staff make you feel welcome and care about your experience. Lots of choices for Italian food in Chicago but Il Girasole definitely a top one.

Excellent experience. We ate there with my kids and my parents and we all had a great time. Their kids food was amazing and they even had kids menus with crayons which is a huge plus. The adult food was even better. The pork belly and mussels were a highlight.

We have dined at Maya del Sol several times and we are never disappointed. The whole place has a nice vibe - the large bar area is boisterous and the dining room is busy but cozy. It strikes a nice balance between city and suburbs nestled in downtown Oak Park. Perfect for date night or dinner with family or friends. The food is delicious. We always start with the nachos, which have a tangy mango braised beef. Everything on the menu is good, from the enchiladas to the tamales, to the burger and the salads. The drinks are good, and the service is excellent. You really can’t go wrong with this place!

Lovely quiet evening. Wings were excellent. Happy hour until 6:30 a nice surprise. Branzino delicious, delicate, and enormous. Merguez pasta quite lovely. Service (Celene? I'm awful with names) was kind, attentive, helpful, and friendly. Manager also super attentive and welcoming. Learned about DJ brunch F/Sa/Sun which sounds fantastic, will definitely be back.
