Beautiful restaurant, great service & amazing food

The food was delicious and very innovative. It included many dishes I'd not encountered before. The food was also much lighter than is usual in Indian restaurants. The service was excellent and very quick. We will return!

Brilliant time at the Compleat Angler for a lovely meal by the river for a work dinner on Wednesday 12th June, we had was great time the waiter Om was brilliant, he was professional, polite, efficient and very attentive serving such a large party of 15 guests, will defo be coming back again and maybe next time with family. Also Chandru his colleague was there assisting too.

Second lunch time dining experience in Piccolino in the week. Good quality food, and ‘Club Menu’ had enough options to allow different choices each time. Great that the options include some more unusual choices, rather than just the usual pasta, including chicken livers as an appetiser and tuna, prawn, scallop skewers as a main which were both delicious.

This was a real find! Great atmosphere. Great music. Good choice of drinks. We felt as though you could have been anywhere in the world. Unfortunately the food didn’t live up to the standards of everything else. We had Buratta to start, which was amazing! We returned the arrabiatta pasta dish as the pasta wasn’t cooked and was way too spicy. It came back and still wasn’t cooked, it was inedible. We also ordered a pizza. The flavour was amazing, but it was very doughy. It needed longer in the pizza oven to crisp up. The staff were amazing, and very apologetic. We had a margarita on the house and the pasta dish was removed from the bill. We would definitely go back. But maybe just order a few starters.
