The Black Horse in the village of Fulmer is nestled between Gerrards Cross and Pinewood Studios. The 17th Century craftsman’s cottage has gradually been extended to form a charming country pub full of nooks and crannies. Under new ownership, The Black Horse has recently undergone extensive refurbishment both inside and out, creating one of the nicest pub environments in the area.Food is our passion and we will never compromise on quality. We are proud of our seasonally changing menus, simple, yet exciting using the finest ingredients and locally sourced produce. Certain dishes have become specialities such as our sticky ribs and homemade 8oz burgers. Our beef has been aged for a minimum of 35 days and the roast beef served on Sundays is unrivalled. Crispy beer battered fish and specials such as sea bass, turbot and whole lobster, is caught in the morning and delivered fresh to us on the same day.

Every dish at El Cerdo is crafted to be a unique experience that brings friends and family together.Please note, all table bookings are for two hours. However, later table bookings from 7:30pm onwards are given the table until close.Our Bourne End restaurant welcomes dogs to our side terrace only, to accommodate any guests that may have allergies. Please note this terrace is heated, but uncovered, and we are unfortunately unable to move guests with dogs inside the restaurant or on our from terrace in cases of poor weather.
