Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Auburn Hills

The food was delicious! Mitchell’s truly lives up to its reputation as a quality seafood restaurant. Our Grilled Salmon and Grilled Scallops off the “Catch of the Day” menu were exquisitely prepared by the kitchen staff and were paired beautifully with mashed potatoes and a very tasty vegetable medley. The freshly made warm bread was also a welcomed treat! The wine list was quite extensive as we enjoyed flavorful glasses of a buttered Chardonnay and a delightful Pinot Grigio. We ended the meal by splitting a very nice slice of cheesecake with a fruit accompaniment. But the highlight of the evening was being served by our waiter. We loved his “British” accent and his attentive serving style. Kudos to Mitchell’s for hiring such a charming and charismatic young man!!

It has been a while. Service was great. The outside patio gave a lovely ambiance. The food was delicious. The happy hour menu is worth going back for.

Place was packed on a Tuesday night, maybe because of the power outtage. Despite that, service was prompt and friendly. Don't skimp on the specials. East coast oysters and the swordfish tonight were sublime. Can't wait to come back.

1st time at dogwood. We sat at a high top in the bar area. Service was top notch, beverages tasty, and ribeye was delicious & cooked perfect! It was slower than expected for a Friday night at 8pm.
