Le Veau d'Or serves a $125 prix-fixe dinner menu Tuesday - Saturday and an $85 prix-fixe lunch menu Tuesday - Friday. We can accommodate up to four people per reservation in our main dining room.     My friend and I had fantastic food (even lots of fresh fruit with the French toast offering, excellent juices, and really good coffee… all which I greatly appreciate!), excellent warm and professional service with attention to detailed requests (e.g., I love my Eggs Benedict with the eggs poached hard — and they were!), and an overall great experience at the Carnegie Diner and Cafe. It was just a 20 minute walk from our hotel, and was so good that we had breakfast there on our weekend Sunday morning and again on the following Monday morning! I really wish we’d known about it previously… — ciést la vie! So if you are in or near the theater district at some time in the future, I can very highly recommend this place!

    Absolutely loved this venue. Started out Tropical Mango Mezcalita and White Sangria followed with fried calamari with a mango sauce......mouth watering. Entrees were baked Bronzini stuffed with crab meat, and grilled Salmon with shrimp....very tasty. Staff was friendly. Definitely two thumbs. Can't wait for our next visit.
