Located atop the Bridger Gondola at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Piste Mountain Bistro offers an unforgettable dining experience with views of the iconic Corbet's Couloir. Guests can indulge in delicious local gourmet offerings and relax in a cozy bistro ambiance. Complementing the meal are creatively crafted cocktails that elevate the experience while taking in breathtaking mountainside vistas. Dinner is served daily from 5:00PM-8:30PM, June 15th through September 7th. Reservations are for inside dining only and are strongly recommended. We have a 10-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your reservation time.Please contact Piste@JacksonHole.com for parties of 7 or more. *Guests with confirmed Piste dinner reservations receive a complimentary ride up the gondola. You must show proof of your reservation at the base.

    We loved our dinner at Roosevelts. The food was delicious, the ambiance and decor was really unique and lovely. I highly recommend the spring chicken salad with goat cheese, the Taft burger, and the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with the loaded tots. The only minor negative was that our server was slow to bring fountain drinks for the kids (drinks from the bar arrived first) and didn’t ask any of us if we wanted refills. Great dining experience, I would highly recommend.

    Fantastic view overlooking the elk preserve for our last late lunch in Jackson Hole. Found a coupon for 15% off along with inkind app discount so it was reasonable for our family. The food was very good. Highly recommend the bison gyro and the wagyu beef burger. We appreciated the quick service and lovely atmosphere.

    Handle Bar is a great place to enjoy elevated bar food, great cocktails, and an amazing view. Service was perfect…casual yet professional. The one nit to pick is its expensive for what it is. I get it…it’s in a Four Seasons in a resort town so it wasn’t surprising. I’d say it was perfect for a casual meal after a long ski day.
