The Stuart Boathouse is a local's favorite waterfront dining location. The beautifully restored 1920's Restaurant is located directly on the river in downtown Stuart next to the band shell. Specializing in fresh caught seafood, oysters, sushi, as well as many favorites for the land lovers. Accompany dinner with a great bottle from our wine list or one of our signature cocktails. The Stuart Boathouse is great for special occasions or for just hanging out with some friends. The Stuart Boathouse is open seven days a week serving lunch and dinner. Originating in Connecticut in 1945, with multiple locations in New England and Florida over the years, great food and service have been constant.     Was a very relaxing dinner on Thursday evening (6/12/2025). The outside dinning area wasn’t crowed which helped keep the noise low. Food was well prepared and nicely presented. The food was very tasty. This was my second dinning experience and I will definitely be back.

    Good atmosphere and service was awesome. Our server Emily was so kind , attentive and patient with us as we were dining with friends that we had not seen in a while and had much catching up to do. The menu had a great selection of flat breads which my husband and our friend enjoyed. I had a delicious fish Ruben with fresh Mahi Mahi. The view of the boats in the marina made for a beautiful setting. We enjoyed and will return again. I would like to try the bagel pannini which was featured on the Sunday brunch menu.
