Speaking of staff! The service at Chop Chop was truly unmatched. Friendly, attentive and genuinely passionate about what they do, the team went above and beyond to ensure our evening was seamless. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to cater to our preferences made the experience feel personal and relaxed. It’s rare to find a place that delivers so consistently on all fronts, food, service and atmosphere, but Chop Chop absolutely nailed it. Fabulous dinner on Easter Sunday at Amara. Delicious food especially the dosai, happy friendly staff and pleasant decor. The Sunday manager was great, we appreciated his chat with us and his excellent service and attention to detail - he deserves a pay raise! We thoroughly enjoyed our authentic meal.

The steak, spatchcock and octopus was well cooked and beautifully flavoured and balanced with all the ingredients on the plate. To add to the delight was how well the vegetables were cooked and flavoured.
