Our aim is to be the central hub of the community, The Axe and Compasses is a traditional British village pub dating back to 1628, serving a wide and varied selection of quality lagers, cask conditioned ales, fine wines, and premium spirits. Providing healthy eating options and speciality coffee for the Addenbrooke’s community, Stir’s newest site is located in a beautiful space in 1000 Discovery Drive, opposite the Papworth Hospital and less than a ten minute walk from the main concourse.We offer the full Stir food menu and drinks range, with our usual amazing customer service and table service. There is also a great range of grab-and-go options for breakfast and lunch too. Featuring sofas and work booths, as well as the usual Stir layout, there is also a large outdoor seating area.If you park in Car Park 2, we will pay your first hour of parking if you spend £20 or more. Simply show your ticket to your server and they will deduct £4 from your bill.
