Best Lunch Restaurants in Al Muraqqabat

We had a wonderful experience! Felix, the restaurant manager, was absolutely lovely and helped to create a magical experience for us. 10/10!

If you enjoy Chinese food with an upscale flair, then Hutong is the place to go. Upon entering, there is a tree in the center full of red envelopes for adding your own wishes; the lighting is dark but gives a mysterious ambiance. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable about the food. For the food, we enjoyed the vegetable spring rolls (different than the typical spring rolls I’ve had in the past but still very tasty) and lobster har gow (delicious) for starters. Our mains included the kung po prawns (and the Schezuan peppers certainly provided a kick in a good way) and crispy cod (my favorite out of the two). For dessert, we had the jasmines nest and the bao & soy both were delicious and I would definitely order either one again.

What a stealth surpise. This is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten it. The food is simple but incredibly tasty and well prepared. The service is amazing. For me this is a restaurant of superlatives. It was pretty empty at lunch and open all day. I liked it so much I went two days in a row so I could try different things on the menu. Highly recommended
