My wife and I really enjoyed our last minute visit to Pig and Waffle. We booked at a moments notice and luckily got a table at 8:00pm. We shared five exquisite tapas dishes with a cheeky pint and a delicious pinot noir. Absolutely faultless we smashed the lot! We then followed it up with an interesting Spanish desert and a sumptuous white chocolate and raspberry crème brûlée. Again nothing was left. It’s been a couple of years since we last visited, but from this visit we will be coming again a lot sooner! Many thanks to the friendly and attentive staff.

We are regulars at The Snooty Fox and as usual we were pleasantly welcomed, well fed, and happy. We were greeted by David and he was very attentive during and after our meal. David answered any questions we had and was more than happy to oblige. David is an asset to the team and we hope to see him again soon. Food was amazing as usual, we sat outdoors and enjoyed every minute of being there with a large glass of wine.

The food and service was all wonderful. Great quality food with great flavours and the service was really good. Friendly staff and the choice of food on menu was good and varied. Something for everyone

The food on the Carvery was outstanding. Complements to the Chef and his team. All the front of house staff were also very helpful. This is good value for money.

Enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon at The Holt, afternoon tea was lovely, nice atmosphere and decorated with Christmas tress and a lovely fire. Nice to have warm scones as some places do not do this, and nice sandwiches and cakes. We needed to do a last minute change with the sandwich's from their menu, and the were very obliging to do so.
