Join Landlord Stuart and Head Chef David for a weekend breakfast, daily lunch or supper at the Wattenden Arms. Built over 150 years ago we are a hidden gem close to the famous Kenley Aerodrome. Our “finest hour” was most definitely during the Battle of Britain in World War II, when we were commandeered by the RAF to serve as an auxiliary mess for Fighter Command at RAF Kenley. Today we serve a refreshing range of lager, ale & wines and a menu that reflects the great British pub, using fresh ingredients all cooked to order. Everything was great apart from the fact that my sticky toffee pudding desert came with banana ice cream instead.. Apart from this minor details the place is beautiful and the food is really good… so is the service

Lovely evening celebrating a birthday. Delicious food, generous portions too and attentive staff. It would be lovely to have round tables though as it does get a bit loud and I struggle to hear everyone, but otherwise I would highly recommend. Thank you.
