Service, food and all was great. Like most restaurants, prices have gone up but it's everywhere. We had an enjoyable meal and time to spend with friends without feeling rushed or neglected.

Long wait to be seated, considering we had a reservation. Check-in staff poorly organized and confused. Waitress overwhelmed and unatentive for basic check-ins. (Would've liked a little more tea). Manager supported her but we had to get our own utensils after food was served and then hunt down steak knives. Seemed like an overall lack of organization and communication. Just tired of the overused and undersolved excuse of being understaffed. Thankfully, all four meals were delicious.

Overall experience was very good! I was impressed regardless of the not the so great reviews online. Ambience was quiet and food was excellent. We went on Valentine’s Day for lunch and our service was prompt and peaceful. No waiting time to be seated and our waitress was very friendly always on top of things! Great service! I will definitely recommend it and will be going there again.
