Staff were attentive but not intrusive or needy. Food was affordable and of a very good standard so the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended!

We ate at Frederick's restaurant for our wedding anniversary whilst staying at the Hotel. Friendly staff and we were not rushed food was great we both had prawn cocktail to start (could have been a bit more Marie Rose sauce, for mains I had Pulled Beef and Mushroom Wellington and my Husband had Butter Chicken Curry both were very delicious and a good size portion and because it was our anniversary they gave us complimentary desserts so we chose Banoffee pie and the warm Belgian waffles. Overall a lovely meal in a calm atmosphere.
