From cleaning bushels of raw tomatoes to jarring the sauce with fresh basil there was always enough made so you never left Sunday dinner hungry. Service was attentive and personalized, food was reliable. The crispy chicken sandwich is the best item on the menu imo (been 10+ times to Westville) and the ice cream scoop in the desserts is impeccable.

Other than a slight issue with seating/reservation (table wasn’t available so we were initially offered one right at the entrance - we opted to wait for a different one) we had a great time. We chose the Family Style dinner as it never disappoints. Unfortunately we didn’t get our server’s name, but she was wonderful!

VIA VAI is a charming, cozy restaurant which was perfect for our anniversary dinner. The food was exceptional and the service was personal and attentive. It reminded us of being in Italy. It was a weeknight and uncrowded, so I could understand if the vibe is a little different when more people are there. Still, the quality of the food is worth a trip.
