Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Conroe

Food was very good, except a few bites of filet were very tough with gristle. Our at the table chef was pleasant but didn’t really have “the show” we are used to at a Japanese steakhouse. Our wait staff was less than good. She just put in the minimum effort. We would return if we were in the area and our family wanted to go. But, there are so many places to try and we are in the Houston area just once a year.

Goode Co Kitchen & Cantina is the best! Our favorite place to both celebrate family events and just go to have a nice meal. Small group, large group, anything works. Food is always great and the staff is always friendly. Highly recommend!

Goode Co Fish Camp was FANTASTIC! The server was top notch and made our experience great with food recommendations and was accommodating and flexible for us sharing everything we ordered. The crab bisque was the star of the meal. It was so creamy with big chunks of crab meat. We decided on dessert as well and went with the chocolate pecan pie a la mode. The perfect ending to a great meal!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Back Table Kitchen on Friday evening. The Hostess team was very accommodating to us as a very large party (40+ people, I think) arrived just before us and seated us in the bar area which we very much appreciated. Our waitress, Shaylee, was very engaging and attentive to us and completely met our needs for the evening. We also enjoyed listening to the lady who was providing live music as well. Our drinks were prepared as ordered and the food was tasty as we shared several items on the menu...the Tamal was really good as was the Smashburger! Again, "cuddos" to the entire team working the restaurant on this evening as the situation was a bit challenging with the large party.
