We opened The 3rd BluWater Bistro location in the Leschi neighborhood on March 13, 2004. Mick McHugh handed the reigns over to us after 22 successful years of running the Leschi Lake Café. With a slight remodel we cozy'd up the place, added some fantastic rollback windows, high back booths, some flat screen TV's, and leather furniture by the fireplace. The menu reflects all the goodness that a cozy bistro should offer, including the ever famous & popular "Lake Side Café" Fish and Chips... gotta keep the neighborhood happy. We really enjoyed Von’s. The food was delicious and the drinks were very good, but our waitress Sabrina was excellent and ensured we enjoyed ourselves.

We had the best time at dinner. We srevin town for a medical procedure and were looking for a great place to eat. We are so happy with the knowledge of the food and drink. We also had a great time with our server, Benjamin. He was very gracious and personable. He said he had just started being out in the front with customers. We told him he was where he should be, and he added to our desire to stay again at Sorrento.

The server was awesome and so sweet and attentive. Food delish. Noisy but it was Father's day and it was expected. Sat by the window, great view and cool sunny breeze. Had a great time.
